Our products are made to order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed. To ensure the highest quality, our products are all handmade with love and attention to details. At this time, please expect your order to ship out in 3-5 business days. For pre-orders, please expect a production time of 15-25 working days as we require this time to prepare the materials.
Good things take time, and we assure you that our products are all worth waiting for. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is shipped out! Kindly note that we are unable to cancel the order when it was shipped.
